Franchise of the Year Contest
To further recognize the franchisees’ business efforts and achievements, Julie’s Franchise Corporation launches its Julie’s Bakeshop Franchisee of the Year Contest.
The objectives of this contest are: 1.) to create a program that will recognize and reward good performance among franchisees per cluster; 2.) to drive franchisee’s performance based on the FEA criteria via a contest- cum- incentive program; 3.) to set- up a system that will auto- select nominees for the annual FEA Franchisee of the Year Contest.
The FEA 2007 Criteria are as following:
