How to join:

For a minimum of ₱99.00 single-receipt bread purchase (Whole & Roll Cakes not valid), you can get one (1) FREE Tita Julie Christmas Ornament that will also serve as your one (1) e-raffle entry.
Promo runs from November 26, 2021 to December 26, 2021.
Area coverage is within the Philippines only.
Promo is open to all residents of the Philippines aged at least 15 years old and above.
Employees of Julie’s Franchise Corporation, including their families or relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity; and its affiliates, franchisees, suppliers, and agencies are not qualified to join.
To join, scan the QR Code at the back of the Tita Julie Christmas Ornament with any QR Code scanner application in your mobile device. You will be directed to Julie’s Pamasko Panalo Promo Google Form. Please wait for the “SKIP ADVERTISEMENT” button in case you are redirected to another webpage. Once you are on the Google Form, fill out the necessary details on the required fields.
All information collected will be kept strictly confidential.
If any of the information provided by the participant are incorrect, entry must be deemed forfeited.
Completing the Google Form with one (1) unique Raffle Serial Number will serve as only one (1) entry for the Julie’s Pamasko Panalo promo. Multiple entries of the same raffle code will be automatically disqualified.
Click or tap the “Submit” button upon completing the details in the Google Form. You will receive an email notification that will confirm your successful entry.
Deadline for submission of e-raffle entries is until December 26, 2021, 11:59 PM only.
Winners will be picked through an electronic draw via Zoom (c/o DTI Representative) on December 28, 2021, 9:00 AM at Julie’s Bakeshop Head Office in Luzon.
A winner can only win once during the raffle draw. If a winner gets drawn more than once, it will be automatically discarded, and another winner shall be chosen.
Each participant will get a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes through the electronic raffle draw:
1. Thirty (30) winners of Huawei MatePad T10; distributed to ten (10) winners per region (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
2. Thirty (30) winners of GCash worth ₱3,000; distributed to ten (10) winners per region (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
3. Thirty (30) winners of Bread Box with Julie’s Bread Certificates; distributed to ten (10) winners per region (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
A participant may join multiple times provided that each entry has a unique Raffle Serial Number to get more chances of winning. Raffle codes entered more than once will automatically be disqualified.
Announcement of the e-raffle winners will be posted on the official Facebook page of Julie’s Bakeshop on December 28, 2021. All winners will be notified through the provided Mobile Numbers and Email Addresses.
Julie’s Franchise Corporation shall shoulder the 20% TAX for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
To claim the prizes, winners must present the following:
1. Two (2) valid IDs with photo (Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance or Company ID)
2. Screenshot or copy of both email and SMS notifications sent by Julie’s Bakeshop
3. Winners below 18 years old should be accompanied by a parent/guardian with Valid IDs.
Prizes can be claimed at the selected Julie’s Bakeshop Head Offices:
1. For Luzon: Lot 1 Block 1 Amang Rodriguez Ave., cor. JRA Subdivision
  Rosario, Pasig City 1690
2. For Visayas: C. Padilla St., Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City 6000
3. For Cagayan De Oro, Davao, and Provincial Areas: Prize will be sent through courier (LBC/2GO)
Unclaimed prizes sixty (60) days after receiving notification will be forfeited in favor of Julie’s Franchise Corporation with prior approval of DTI.
Names drawn will be subjected for verification by Julie’s Franchise Corporation. Julie’s Franchise Corporation reserves the right to suspend the release of items or void any raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be discovered.
All decisions made by the participating companies, with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
