Job Description
The position is generally responsible in assisting the HR team in the over-all delivery of HR services. He/she provides all support to HR Bakeshop operation such as Compensation & Benefits administration, Timekeeping, Employee Engagement & Relations and Recruitment. Job Qualifications

Plant Manager
Job Description
- Ensures that goods are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time. Responsible for the compliance of quality standards set by the company and by food regulatory agencies and other government regulatory bodies
- Keeps abreast of the latest economic and market trends, economic forecasts including national and local market conditions to appropriately project products on demand and plan for effective operations schedule
- Manages commissary resources and ensures that materials stock levels remain adequate for customer demands, at all times
- Ensures that the production is cost effective by ensuring that production schedules and logistics are aligned
- Performs financial performance assessment of the business unit to ensure that the business is hitting its financial targets and maximize profitability
- Ensures that bakeshop and direct customer orders are completed on time and comply with the set quality standards
- Maintains regular engagement with the bakeshop group to ensure on-the-ground strategies and execution plans for consistent finished goods supply assurance
- Oversees the consistent implementation of customer focused programs across the commissary distribution network
- Monitors productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Project Site Coordinator (Mindanao)
Job Description
- Responsible for technical building inspection, plans, drafting, estimates, monitor, provide technical assistance, supervision and evaluation of work to enforce compliance with the design, specifications, building codes, regulations and ordinances; and company standards
- Draft layout, draw plans, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, (sketch u) for the sites approved and provide perspective. Monitor construction of stores
- Conducts initial evaluation and reviews designs done by in-house architect, and other related construction requirements for approval and project implementation for both external and internal customers
- Conduct site inspections for preliminary activities and supervision during various stages of the construction if necessary to ensure compliance with the designs, specifications, standards, applicable codes, ordinances and regulations
- Documents all construction project(s) activities and progress and reports any noncompliance with specifications and maintains records history of facts for possible actions
- Conducts meeting with internal and external customers, contractors, suppliers and other agencies/persons concerned with the above projects

Audit Staff (Mindanao)
Job Description
- Conducts assigned audit tasks based on approved audit programs and audit plan
- Conducts Financial and Field Audit
- Checks the net cash collected versus the actual cash deposit
- Checks if cash shortages and employee related charges are paid by the Bakeshop Personnel
- Checks cash out expenses if it is valid and approved within the bakeshop level
- Reconciles Gift Certificates, Bread Certificates, G-Cash and other reconciling items against the records
- Analyzes pull out rate, pull out amount and cash overage for field audit validation
- Conducts Store’s audit like surprise inventory count, cash count and other Branch related physical audit
- Submits weekly reports to Audit Supervisor regarding-the status of the engagements for review
- Documents audit procedures applied and information obtained during engagements for review by the Audit Supervisor
- Ascertains the extent of compliance and reviews the systems established to ensure compliance with government policies, plans and procedures, laws and regulations which have impact on operations
- Reviews and evaluates the soundness, adequacy and application of accounting, financial and other operating controls and promote the most effective control at reasonable cost
- Reviews operations or programs to ascertain whether results are consistent with established objectives and goals and to check if such programs are being carried out as planned
- Recommends corrective actions on operational deficiencies
- Develops technical skills, demonstrating accuracy, timeliness and thoroughness in completing work assignments
- Analyzes data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, fraud or lack of compliance with laws, government regulations and management policies and procedures
- Ensures that audit mandays and manhours versus expected output are achieved
- Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the Audit Manager and Audit Supervisor
