- Optional: Repost the same video on Facebook and Instagram Reels for increased visibility and include the hashtag #JuliesBreadcasterSearch2 on the caption. This can positively impact the Audience Engagement criteria.
- Mandatory: You must upload a copy of your video entry in the form.

NOTES:
- Video Settings: Please ensure your TikTok video is set to public, otherwise entry may be forfeited.
- Audience Engagement: You may cross-post the video on Facebook and Instagram only for criterion maximization. Bots will not be considered. The contest organizers will implement measures to identify and disqualify bot-generated engagement, including but not limited to: manual review of flagged entries and comment analysis to ensure unique comments and legitimate profiles.
- Content Promotion: Contestants must provide correct, working links to their promoted content; non-functional TikTok links will result in disqualification.
- Form Submission: Mandatory for accurate personal data input and eligibility verification, winner verification will require IDs.
- Video Enhancements: Feel free to use effects and filters to enhance the video.

SEMI-FINALS

- Six (6) finalists will be selected by the judges, under the supervision of a DTI representative, from all entries submitted via Google Forms.
- Top 6 will receive ₱5,000 cash each and advance to the GRAND FINALS.
GRAND FINALS
- Finalists will compete in the Julie’s Breadcaster 2.0 Video Challenge with specific guidelines to be announced on November 14, 2025
- Finalists will upload their entries from November 14, 2025 – November 21, 2025.
- following the same criteria and procedure.

- Announcement of Winners Date & Time: November 28, 2025 9:00am.

- Two (2) Grand Winners will be selected by the judges, under the supervision of a DTI representative and will receive ₱100,000.
Judging
- Entries will be judged by representatives from Julie’s Franchise Corporation under the supervision of a DTI representative.
- Criteria for Judging: Entries will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Creativity: 35% – The originality and uniqueness of the video concept, idea, and execution.
- Originality: 20% – The extent to which the video is a fresh, new, and innovative take on the theme or topic.
- Overall Presentation: 35% – The quality of the video’s production, including visuals, audio, editing, and pacing.
- Audience Engagement: 10% – The ability of the video to attract and interact with viewers on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. This includes factors such as likes, comments, and shares. You must generate at least a total of 500 Likes, 50 Shares, 50 Comments to get 8% of the score and if below a total of 500 likes the contestant will get 7%. An extra 1% per platform will be given if uploaded on Facebook and/or Instagram.

- Procedure in the Verification of Winning Entries
- Julie’s Franchise Corporation will review all entries submitted through Google Forms, ensuring they meet the competition’s guidelines and requirements.
- Entry for each video submission must contain the designated hashtag on the caption “#JuliesBreadcasterSearch2”.
- If the hashtag is found, proceed to the next step.
- If the hashtag is not found, the entry will be disqualified.
- Making sure the entry includes all the requirements, like working links and the correct hashtags, helps us properly review your submission and could even improve how it is evaluated by the judges.

Rules & Regulations
- Number of Times a Participant Can Win: Each participant can submit one (1) entry only; however, there is no limit on how many times they can win if selected from different submissions.
- Announcement of Winners: The Top 6 finalists will be announced on November 14, 2025, 9:00am. Grand Winners will be announced on November 28, 2025 9:00am. Winners will be notified through Julie’s social media platforms, SMS and thru registered mail.
- Tax Responsibility: Julie’s Franchise Corporation shall cover the 20% tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
- Ownership: Submitted videos become the property of the participant and Julie’s Franchise Corporation for promotional purposes only.
How to Claim Prizes
To claim the prizes, winners must present:
- One (1) government ID with photo (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance, or Company ID).
- Screenshots or copies of both email and SMS notifications sent by Julie’s Bakeshop or Julie’s Franchise Corporation.
- Winners must be 18 years old and above.
Prizes can be sent through a courier or claimed at selected Julie’s Bakeshop Head Offices:
- For Luzon: Lot 1 Block 1 Amang Rodriguez Ave., cor. JRA Subdivision, Rosario, Pasig City 1690.
- For Visayas & Mindanao: C. Padilla St., Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City 6000.
All prizes may be claimed once announcement has been made on November 28, 2025 9:00am. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days will be forfeited in favor of Julie’s Franchise Corporation, with prior approval from DTI.
